If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date that you ordered your Monthly hosting account with us.

Virtual Web hosting plans offer a 30-day money back Guarantee with exception of the administration fee [set up fee]. This is a "no questions asked" policy and the refund will be issued within 72 hours of your request. This policy refers only to virtual hosting services at regular prices and on Monthly packages only (not including quarterly & annual packages) and we advise clientele to please review their contract for services pertaining to dedicated, co-location, managed, complex and extended solutions for further information regarding this policy. Please note this policy does not apply to reseller packages, sale packages, annual payment plans, domain registrations, IP Address allocation or other charges other than Shared Hosting.

Any refund requests must be forwarded to our billing department by submitting a ticket to our online Helpdesk with your account name (domain name) and a contact name and number where we can reach you, in order to start the confirmation process. This is the only way to initiate this process. There are no refunds after the first 30-day period. Customers who make a prepayment for a longer period of time will not be able to get a prorated refund unless we choose so.
